  1. Hello Melissa,
I have been reading posts on your facebookpage and your blog.
I love your prose. Congratulations on your novel. I have recently published my novel,
Seeing Again: Through the Eyes of a Child. Do you happen to do reviews on novels and blog? If so, would you consider reviewing mine?
Wishing you much luck on all your endeavors. I too am working on the sequel to Seeing Again. It was the same for me. I was driving home and the story just came to me and until I gave in to writing it, I could not sleep properly.

    Best wishes,
    Margie Vieira

    • Hi Margie,
So nice to meet another author. Shew, its a tough job this book marketing!
Unfortunately I don’t think I would be much help in marketing your book, I do not have hardly enough “pull” but I am more than happy to read it.
I had a look on Amazon, but there is no Kindle/ebook version?

  2. Liss,

You are an absolute inspiration. Mother of 3, full time company owner (trucking company at that), amazing wife, loving daughter and most of all the best sister one could wish for. We have a natural fighting spirit, earned from a mother who fought for us all, which I don’t doubt will always drive you to success.

I love you lots and really hope your novel gets all the attention it so rightly deserves.

    All my love,

    • Your mother was indeed a fighter and an amazing ballerina and an absolute inspiration to me when I was growing up.

  8. Hi Melissa,
I simply devoured your 2 books – The Legacy & The Legend – with ferocity and I hungrily await for your 3rd book in the series to be released. Wow, your dystopian books are awesome, well written, thoroughly enjoyable and I am bouncing up and down for the release of your 3rd in the series. You do us South Africans proud and I am stunned that you have been hiding your amazing talent for writing such a wowee series – Sigh…I could have had more of your books to read if you wrote earlier…..that is just me being greedy for more..! Please do not stop writing and thank you for keeping it in book print. To your publishers, HURRY up and get Melissa’s books published as I need to satiate my hunger for more! You have a FAN …..Patsy♥

  9. Hi Melissa,
I am a 15 year old girl that has read every book you have written and have thoroughly enjoyed them. My step-mom introduced me to your books when I was 13, and I have since then read every single one of them! I would just like to thank you for writing you books and I’m probably being a bit of a fan girl when I say your books have changed my life! I can’t wait for you to release other books and so I can read them! You have brought me and my step-mom a thing to bond over and I am extremely grateful.
    Thank you so much.
    Your fan

  10. Loved The Traveler and wondering if there will be a sequel. There seem to be so many more story arcs in the first novel. Loved it and all of the characters. A book set on Venon would be very interesting. Thank you.

    • Hi Sue,
There will indeed be a sequel! I am finishing up a work in progress and then back to Venon we go!

    • Hi Patty,
I cannot be sure of dates, but I will be writing it as soon as I finish my current work in progress! Thank you so much for contacting me, I do hope the wait is not too bad 🙁
